Delivery Areas:
We currently deliver across the United Kingdom.
Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 1–2 working days. During busy seasons (Christmas, Eid, Mother’s Day), processing times may be slightly longer.
Delivery Time:
Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days after dispatch.
Express delivery may be available at checkout depending on your location.
Delivery Fees:
– Free delivery on orders over £50
– Standard delivery fees apply for orders below £50

Order Tracking:
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details (where available).
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of hampers and food products, we do not accept returns unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving it.
We will require:
- Order number
- Photos of the product and packaging
- Description of the issue
We will arrange a replacement or a refund where appropriate.
Non-Returnable Items

- Opened or used products
- Personalised hampers
- Custom orders
Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, cancellations are not possible.
